Parti Islam Se- Malaysia Sarawak deputy commissioner III Jofri Jaraiee, says six primary- school aged of a family in Pujut have apparently never attended a single class because they do not have birth certificates.
They are from Sabah. They has been moving to Miri over 20 years ago. They are Malaysian citizen.
This had happened in the town what more to say people in the rural area. Some of them keep on waiting for their birth cert and MYcard. For them to come down to collect it, they need expenses. - David.
