A good new for us who lives in the rural area. The government provides us with micro- hydro supply. In the area of Baram only long lama and lio mato is given the micro- hydro. What happened to the race of the longhouses in Baram? Which is more benefited to the natives in Baram? The Baram Dam or Micro- hydro? My friends of Baram please do some judgement or point out of your views on these two projects?
In today's newspaper the assembly of Baram Dennis Ngau, the government wont supply electricity to some part of the rural areas because the expenses to high. The question now is where is the Sarawak money gone to?
